This place is a joke! NEVER will I work for a company that runs like a sweat shop. They lure you in with $12 an hour during training (which isn't much anyway), then bring you down to minimum wage OR "piece pay". Piece pay means you get $3-$7 per unit you repair. You only have time for a maximum of MAYBE 10 units per day, which comes out to an average of about $50 per day. NOT worth your time, especially considering you have to undergo a 7-year background investigation, a drug and alcohol test, metal detectors, and NO cell phones allowed. Their compensation offer is non-negotiable, and is a joke to ANYONE in the IT industry.
