Cons
1- Terrible work-life balance, you have to work from 2:00 pm - 10 pm , 6 days a week, no national vacations or holidays (say goodbye to day off at Eid), Supervisor will sometimes forces you to work after 10:00 pm because of deadline. 2- Terrible HR, get ready to never have any annual or sick vacations since HR will always refuse them, HR favour some employees over others too. 3- Terrible pay: If you are a full stack developer , expect a huge workload with paying no less than JOD 350! It's a Great offer , don't miss out! 4- You will get paid in cash, so say goodbye to having a salary bank account and it's benefits, enjoy being basically a slave. 5- One of the worst working environment, CEO values gossips and hypocrites who will talk behind the back's of their colleagues just to get closer and favors from CEO and HR, Supervisor will be above your head breathing down your neck like if the US government think that you are a wanted Criminal.
