This place sucks. It's like working in a dungeon. The leaders spend their time fighting with each other and trying to stab each other in the back while ignoring the employees. I quit a good job to come here because of the good reputation I heard about. I'm so sorry I did that.
HR convinced me that the culture is so good that I would be willing to take a pay cut to work there. I did and I'm so sorry that I did. They lie to you and step on your head. I worked six weekends in a row trying to get a project finished only to have my Director tell me that it didn't matter because I wasn't working on the SalesForce development projects (he was the one who told me that I needed to work extra to get it done!). Stupid me, I picked the wrong project.
The business leaders treat IT like they are the plague. The people in customer service are good. They seem to appreciate when you solve problems for them. I spent extra time learning how they did things and they seemed to appreciate that.
I quit because I got tired of being treated like dirt.
