      Senior Management very accessible, smaller company with flexibility

      Cons

      No Business plan, a lot of turnover, General Manager is micro-managing nightmare, Poor culture, low employee morale, success may come at great cost, no recognition for hard work or accomplishments

      They have some very nice people working there.

      The training is not good. There is allot to learn and if you don't pick it up immediately, they let you go.
