Pros
The company is driven by entrepreneurial spirit and the philosophy is "Keep clients happy by meeting your deadlines". Nothing more, nothing else! The office is very flexible, diverse and accommodating. Everyone is free to come up with an idea and experiment as long as it makes ethical business sense. The bosses are very clever and they act more like a mentor than a micro manager.
