      Pros

      reasonable pay, recession proof, less lay offs, secure job unless you are not a dud. relax working environment. offers loan for car and computers. can take leaves. Work pressure adequate to give you enogh time. flexi timings are there in some projects that you may find useful. Depending on your luck you may get a manager who is easygoing. Most of the supervisors are cool and dont put undue pressure. Nice infrastructure and working conditions.

      moronic work, not competitive, no latest technology, support and maintence work

      Pros

      Comfortable salary scale with annual raises; good health care and dental benefits; small company "feel"

      Cons

      Surprisingly for a company with "computer" in the title, the business software is utterly arcane. Still working with Lotus Notes (yep, you read that right!). Hard to navigate 1980's software to get admin requirements completed.

      Bad HR management, poor task priority management, overworking, almost all people in charge are closely related by blood
