      Pros

      The only pro about CSG Solutions is remote work.

      Cons

      The interview process is a joke. They will waste hours and hours of your time in interviews before they ever discuss a salary. Your last interview, so after you have had 4 or 5, you can discuss salary. Trust me when I say, they aren't prepared to hire professionals for what they are worth. You can find employers willing to pay for your experience elsewhere. Insurance is not the best either.

      Been happy with the company for the 10+ years I have worked here. They are very team oriented and I have had opportunities to learn and grow my skill sets.

      Benefits package is OK but could be better.

      Unforgiving, draconian disciplinary process. Health insurance is a joke.
