Pros
I have spent almost 10 years in recruitment in varying different cultures. CSG is head and shoulders above the vast amount of recruitment companies out there. Their commitment to their staff is unparralled providing the most upto date software, resources, technology available. You are provided a level of autonomy unseen within smaller recruitment businesses but still invest in training and assistance when required. Commission is extremely competitive with extensive benefits provided to their staff, (holidays, rolex, gym membership etc). The senior management team are approachable and have a vested interest in your personal progression. There are opportunities within the business to learn new skills, travel new places (even work in different offices). An important aspect for me is the people, there is an eclectic bunch of people who are seem to work work cohesively as a family.
Cons
like any recruitment business there is an element of pressure to perform. I personally would like to be involved in a high performing business, however, some may feel this can be a negative.
