      - Flexitime - Good and fast customer service when speaking with HR team - Takes into consideration of the employee's thoughts

      Cons

      - Salary is too low/not competitive enough - Not much chances of growing and learning from what you are expected to do/know - Not much socialising opportunities like company parties or events

      Pros

      Small friendly community team, apart from one awful manager

      Cons

      The Dietetic department was an awful place to work due to the manager micromanaging staff and being very bossy with a superior attitude. As a qualified professional this is uncalled for. After being criticised in an appraisal with no justification and no prior discussions, I felt I had no option but to leave. Other staff members also felt the same and there was a bit of an exodus. Shame as it was a nice place to work without this particular manager.
