Pros
Very dedicated staff who try their hardest ever day to do the best work for the patients. I have never seen management or staff do anything unethical. The focus is always on providing quality patient care. The facilities are beautiful. Many who tour our lab say that it is the best they've ever seen in terms of style and function.
Cons
Recent financial stresses have led to low wages and no raises for most employees in the last three years. Strangely, few people have left the company due to this. In the last six years, we have had four different people take over leadership which can be a little unsettling. There is a real lack of upward mobility for technologist while at the same time, an increase in workload and responsibilities.
