Nice colleagues. Various snacks and extra food through lunch plan.

Lack of skilled management. Lack of direction from company leadership.

What I appreciate the most is the people who work here. It is a very welcoming and inclusive culture. I also enjoy being able to contribute, and experience that my input is listened to and used. It is important for me to work for a company with a strong purpose and and ethical culture, and I find both here at CSIS.
