Pros
They say that great leadership happens at the top and trickles down and Leaddog Marketing Group is a wonderful example of this in action. As a contract Market Manager and National Tour Manager I have always felt like one of the "pack", well supported and trusted to do my job with little to no micro management. Yet at the same time feeling a sense of partnership from the various managers and executives that I have worked with.
Cons
This company does big projects and as such the hours can be long, but if you like to create experiences that leave an impression out of an idea and some hard work, you would be hard pressed to find a company that is better to work with.
