Pros
Some colleagues are nice and friendly
Cons
I worked at this company for over a year, and it was one of the most negative professional experiences I’ve ever had. During that time, I witnessed constant turnover — at least five people were let go, including experienced project leads. The environment is dominated by fear and instability, where no one feels secure in their role and firings happen suddenly and without transparent reasons. Leadership operates through intimidation rather than guidance. Communication from the top is unpredictable and often demoralizing, creating an atmosphere of stress and anxiety that affects the entire team. There’s no sense of psychological safety, and people are regularly made to feel disposable. Work-life balance simply doesn’t exist. Employees are expected to be available at all times, even on weekends, with calls and messages coming outside of normal hours. Extra work is not compensated, and despite the enormous effort required from Project Managers to keep things running, there is little to no recognition. Business Development Managers are heavily praised, while the PMs who carry the workload are overlooked and undervalued. The organization suffers from a striking lack of experience among senior staff, which leads to poor decision-making, constant rework, and confusion. The absence of clear processes and competent leadership has created an unsustainable, chaotic environment. Most employees either quit out of exhaustion or are dismissed abruptly. The turnover alone speaks volumes. This is not a healthy workplace — it’s a place where talent burns out fast and morale is consistently low. If you value professional growth, respect, and stability, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere.
