      Autonomous environment, able to run your own desk freely. Lots of very experienced consultants to learn from.

      Cons

      Over cautious when it comes to growing the business. Tend to stick to its team structure and not commit to new markets.

      Its an Environment in the Industry than can expose you to other companies around, you can learn alot from working at CSP, also there is room for promotion based on your performance at the workplace

      Do not come to work late Do not stay home to often Do not complain to much Do not have personal relationship at the workplace
