It's a good work environment. Nice benefits

No proper appreciation for the work you do. No pay raise

Regular place, cubicles, decent break area, great park out back to walk around during lunch break.

Not much talking, now actual face you face contact with clients, which I'm used to. No windows unless you have an office, which doors were closed most of the time.
