      Unfortunately, management is not the best here. I saw a lot of high turnover, resulting in students not receiving support in a timely manner

      •Management could be so entitled. When I was a staff member, leadership sees you as trash. Leadership could be scary! It’s all about reputation here so be careful and stay on the low. Just do your work and leave.
