      Full - time Lecturers afforded a lot of the benefits of tenure track. Lots of Autonomy

      Cons

      Cast system. Full time lecturers with doctorate degrees denied input into governance. Have limited access to grants promotional opportunities. Work harder for less pay. Very difficult to move from lecturer to tenure-track. Governance is secrete No collaboration between falculty

      •Making Connections •Gain experience in public institutions on how things work around here.

      Cons

      •Management could be so entitled. When I was a staff member, leadership sees you as trash. Leadership could be scary! It’s all about reputation here so be careful and stay on the low. Just do your work and leave.
