Flexible schedule, good pay, safe environment, wonderful staff, great students, good work/life balance. Generally a great place to work.
Cons
A lot of politics within the departments. They care too much about GRE scores when determining who gets TA positions, when that test is not really a true measurement of someone's intelligence.
