      Good staff and coworkers. Good benefits

      Cons

      Very difficult to get raises or COLA adjustments. CSU against working remote so even if you do work remote, there is pressure to work in office. No training when I started. Manager doesn’t know what I do and does not know how to manage workloads.

      •Making Connections •Gain experience in public institutions on how things work around here.

      •Management could be so entitled. When I was a staff member, leadership sees you as trash. Leadership could be scary! It’s all about reputation here so be careful and stay on the low. Just do your work and leave.
