Pros

literally nothing. this place is terrible

Cons

they lied about compensation during the interview process and training- my group was told we would be paid a daily rate plus commission and have full benefits, and we did not find out until our second week after training that we only get paid if we sell a certain amount of product and there are no benefits. the "training" wasnt very good either

Pros

-a fun positive atmosphere - hands on training - uncapped income - lots of opportunity to advance

Cons

As the headline says, it’s challenging. Some employees struggling with actually having to put in an effort on a daily basis.

Pros

The thing that immediately sticks out in this office is the atmosphere that Jason has created there. I've never worked in a place where I have felt any desire to stick around once I was done for the day, but what could have been a stuffy and boring environment is instead a gathering of victors who want to share their success of the day. Everyone working there has a drive to succeed and the willingness to bring you up with them if you can only match the drive and enthusiasm to keep up. The office holds you to a standard of excellence that no effort will be spared to train you up to. The training program is a crash course in professionalism that will be beneficial far beyond the initial aspects of the job. The mentality of the training is upward focused. All promotions are from within, therefore, you have no lack of opportunity to move in the direction you want.

Cons

The only con I would mention is that the time commitment is more than I would prefer. Success is available to anyone but you have to be willing to put in the time it takes to achieve it.Jason will provide the knowledge and opportunity, but you have to match the effort to capitalize on it.
