Pros

The work environment at Coalition is fantastic: hard-working, fun, happy people doing their jobs. Everyone is willing to explain any task, pitch in, or give advice. My coworkers are positive people - I often get encouragement for a task completed (even if that person is not on my direct team). People get together outside of work as well. It's nice to work in an office where people genuinely get along. Benefits: All employees get full medical, dental, and vision coverage. We also get awesome perks such as free snacks, free Friday lunch (every Friday!), and a share of the profit after working here for 3 months. My old work did not have any of these perks, and it actually really makes a difference in my attitude personally. I find I'm just a lot happier knowing that the company cares about their employees and does nice things for them. In short, I love my job. I actually like going to work everyday. The Reporting Team I work with and the actual reports I create are engaging. It's fun to look at all of the metrics and data for a project and be able to tell a client how their business has grown. I enjoy feeling actively involved in doing some good for our clients. My team lead is fun and encouraging. In short, I think I'll be here for awhile.

Cons

Honestly, there aren't many. Sometimes clients can be a little demanding and deadlines can get tight, but that's all part of the fun.

Pros

- Good pay - Team is great - Excellent organization

Cons

- Time tracking software is very invasive (screenshots every 5 to 10 min, mouse and keyboard tracking, camera must always be on while on work hours) - KPIs can be too demanding - Workload can be too heavy (I was managing around 15 accounts at one point)
