Pros
I am just loving my Job while working for Coalition. Everyone here so helping and I really like the way company is managing teams and clients. Amazing culture and really a great opportunity for growth. Also I like the structure of a company like everything is scheduled, managed well everyone know their task duties and we have ST, Basecamp, Google Chat and I love Monday Meetings. One more thing I like the way company set KPIs so if anyone wants increment he/she just need to complete KPI which is doable.
Cons
I really dont see anything so far that I would include as a con but yes everything needs improvement so it would be great IF we see some improvements in Rumy Lessons or team could get some more benefits like Easy Health insurance plans, or Learning Reimbursement plans as current plans can be make a bit more easy to avail.
