      Pros

      A very good team spirit, excellent employee developmental programs and an awesome profit sharing system. All these factors have created a healthy environment for an employee to enjoy work, have fun and enjoy the challenges that come with job duties.

      Cons

      Um still yet to discover if they are there but for now, there is none so far.

      Pros

      - Good pay - Team is great - Excellent organization

      Cons

      - Time tracking software is very invasive (screenshots every 5 to 10 min, mouse and keyboard tracking, camera must always be on while on work hours) - KPIs can be too demanding - Workload can be too heavy (I was managing around 15 accounts at one point)
