      Pros

      I love the flex scheds and being surrounded by a great team. You can do your work anywhere that is conducive and with a stable online connection. People at CT are super helpful and the leadership is very open to feedbacks and suggestions. You'll love it here!

      Cons

      If you live in a different time zone and is not used to working on graveyard shift, you might struggle at first as a newbie but people at CT are very supportive and you can count on them to help you.

      Pros

      - Good pay - Team is great - Excellent organization

      Cons

      - Time tracking software is very invasive (screenshots every 5 to 10 min, mouse and keyboard tracking, camera must always be on while on work hours) - KPIs can be too demanding - Workload can be too heavy (I was managing around 15 accounts at one point)
