CT Response
3yHighly skeptical that your review is real given your job title and lack of any personal experience comments (not simply regurgitating others smeared throughout Glassdoor).
I'll respond as if it is and provide context and clarity for others considering working here-
1) If you don't enjoy the nature of your work and the company culture, we don't want you working here. That's it. We want to create a place where people want to be. We believe that if you want to be here, you'll do better for our teams and for our clients. For over 200 people, we are pretty confident that is what we're providing. Every year, our job experiences get better, our pay gets better, and our team gets better.
2) It is a difficult economy and especially so in tech. Every month, other companies in our same industries layoff 10, 15, or even 20% of their workforce. Some even close up shop and do a mass layoff. We're looking at our 14th year of consecutive growth because we do things differently. We're disciplined on our budgets, and we try and build a real culture of team work and common objectives, rather than a culture based on waste and misleading promises.
3) If you had really worked here, you'd know that performance is the #1 driver of team member evaluations. Yes, we have time tracking software, but that's been critical in us succeeding as a remote first employer for over 10 years. Our clients appreciate it, and responsible team members understand it enables us to work around the clock and around the globe confidently.
4) You shouldn't work nights, weekends or on vacation. Clock in for your shift and clock out. We don't ask you to do more than that.
Finally, if you really work here, you have the opportunity (at any time) to bring this type of feedback to Joel or I. We may not always act on it, but we'll listen and do what we can to improve the experience and reset expectations.
Guessing you're just a disgruntled competitor trying to figure out how or why we keep winning while you keep struggling.
