      Commission Structure is very good, They have close relationships with clients, Management are very transparent, Work-Life Balance is top of their agenda, Low pressure environment compared to other agencies

      - Excellent recruitment strategy. - Genuinely exciting clients. - Brilliant management - wasn't micromanaged to death with unnecessary KPIs, trusted to implement CT19s recruitment methodology. - Flexible working between home/office. - Great commission scheme.
