Experience - Senior Merchant CTA Apparels Employee Review

Nothing really. 95% of employees of this company said they don't like working here and are stuck here forever because they didn't learn any transferrable skills. CTA is maybe good for fashion students for a 3-6 month internship at max. After that, leave and never look back. This place leeches off interns anyway, so might as well take some experience and move on quickly.

Don't let the company revenue data fool you, it's a lala company. Highly abusive and sexist right from the top of the food chain. Extremely rude and arrogant. Most employees get no respect here. No job security. Work hours are officially 10am-7pm, but you'll leave on time.
