Toxic work environment, expectation to be on call 24/7, working nights and weekends, you are discouraged to take any type of lunch break. They severely inflate pricing to clients, and don’t even try to justify it to employees when they force you to pull a pricing list out of thin air. This was the worst company and work environment I have ever worked in, and when telling others from several different industries about the working conditions, I’ve been told that this is one of the worst ones out there. Avoid this company at all costs. They try to sell you the dream in the interview...this is not the reality.
