Pros

The main benefit I've experienced so far is being able to leave work on time, with a manageable workload.

Cons

During my time at this company, I’ve noticed that most employees are either recent graduates or over fifty, with a lack of mid-career professionals who typically drive high productivity. This raises concerns about whether the company offers long-term growth opportunities for young graduates. The office atmosphere is quite oppressive—colleagues rarely interact, and everyone works independently on separate contract management tasks for different engineering projects. There’s no sense of teamwork or mutual support. The distance between contract managers and project staff also feels significant, making my role feel isolated and insignificant. This lack of connection, motivation, and hope has been the most difficult part for me.

Pros

They offer a competitive salary and 401k matching.

Cons

I was recently laid off after three years at CTCI-A. During this time I work on a total of two jobs and then sat around doing busywork for two years. While at in its infancy the architecture team was a great team to be on. During my time at the company the turnover rate was high. The parent company in Taiwan controlled every move each team was making and hindered growth of the teams. Now the USA based teams are acting as quality control specialists to teams based in Taiwan. You definitely feel undervalued as an employee.
