      Good working hours and guaranteed breaks. Opportunities for development and progression. Well treated by management.

      Personally still learning but would be beneficial to know specific people to take particular issues to for resolution, and clarity on where things go based on results.

      Pros

      Depending on your branch, it can be a very tight knit group. I have great coworkers but I can only speak for my branch. Decent benefits and weekly pay!

      Cons

      The pay is okay, Seems like higher ups are pretty strict and it's difficult to get the tools and parts needed for repairs.
