Pros

The best part is getting paid weekly. I have been sitting here trying to think of more pros and unfortunately I am unable to do so.

Cons

Challenges start day 1. HR will give you about a 30 minute run through of benefits and an outdated copy of an employee handbook because the company has at this time been working on an updated version for about one year now. You will be placed in your role with a brief explanation of your area and expected to begin with no other training. There are no policies or standards except when visitors are coming. There is no support from HR. The hourly workers morale is gone beyond repair and reflects in the work produced. Schedules change with no notice or consideration. Promotions are handed out just to fill spots. Managers have no trust in supervisors yet they fail to coach, motivate, and train them which in turn leads them down a path of failure. Lack of chain of command.

CTDI Response

We have an exciting, high-volume, and fast-paced production environment which we try to balance with structure and training for all employees. We agree it is important to provide support and training within our operations and we are continually striving to do that well.

Pros

Depending on your branch, it can be a very tight knit group. I have great coworkers but I can only speak for my branch. Decent benefits and weekly pay!

Cons

The pay is okay, Seems like higher ups are pretty strict and it's difficult to get the tools and parts needed for repairs.
