Cons
Weak leadership within the Drupal team. If you don't fit within the short term plans they will find reasons to get rid of you. If you can kiss upto the leadership team then your job will be safe. Even though the people and leadership mean well, they are often used as a tool to get rid of people or as marketing fodder with no real impact to the culture.
