Pros
I spent almost 4 years at CTO.ai and over that time held many different positions and roles. I personally enjoyed being able to shift around the company and learn new skills as they were needed. The best part about the company is the people they hire. I had the pleasure to work with so many wonderful people. Co-workers that were talented, driven, and overall fantastic people. I was given the ability be a leader within my role. I always felt like those who wanted to become leaders were encouraged to do so. I really enjoyed the organic culture that has developed. Social times don't seem forced and there was a great sense of team within the company. I always felt I could ask for help and receive it when ever I needed it.
Cons
As with any startup there were up and downs. Working at this company demands versatility and the ability to work cross functionally. Requirements do change and the ability to adapt and do the best with what you've got will take you a long way.
