2yI was sorry to read your review. Our People and Culture team are working closely with our management team to ensure people are supported throughout their journey with us at CTS. This includes instilling a performance management culture, identifying learning needs and providing solutions to them. We also conduct check-ins when people join at months 1, 3 and 5 to make sure needs are being met. This approach appears to be working with a vastly improved employee satisfaction score across the business but particularly in Daresbury where our most recent eNPS rating was 'good.' We're now aiming for excellent. We can also see our employee turnover is improving, with scores trending down for the last 12 months.
