Pros

None at all working at CUBE.

Cons

Toxic management benefits are crap no formal procedures and standard can get called anytime to help with prod support sit on calls for hours and nobody would listen to what the problem is group of people sitting on the call have not clue about IT infrastructure and system integration no clue about software development life cycle this is clueless company in which direction it is heading. If possible, stay away from this company at all cost and do not let good people take a dead end job at CUBE. CUBE taken over by fund manager. Typically, this is what is going happen * bloat cube * take over smaller similar product based companies * start making people redundant * keep cheap and cheerful employees to keep it ticking over * show profit * fund manager sells and profits

Pros

CUBE has set the industry standard for automated regulatory intelligence and continues to grow at a remarkable pace. Being a part of a company that deploys cutting-edge AI in helping the largest companies in the world meet an immediate need for regulatory compliance is rewarding, and in my field (sales), it leads to many engaging and rewarding conversations. CUBE's leadership is both visionary and highly available to employees, and they are genuinely excited about helping facilitate success in all areas of the company. We are also excited to have received investment from Bregal Milestone which is launching us into a new level of technology and infrastructure.

Cons

As a growing company, CUBE faces all of the expected challenges of keeping up with growth, but honestly, I prefer those challenges over challenges associated with stagnation and complacency.

Pros

* Good people on individual teams * Good managers/team leads

Cons

* No clear communication on direction, especially for legal publishing teams * A lot of "we're so great, look at our accomplishments!" but no raises unless you're an over-the-top employee, not even cost of living adjustments * Employees don't feel like they can bring certain things up because they'll either be given no answer, or may feel intimidated and targeted afterwards.
