Pros

Once upon a time, way way back, it was a good company

Cons

Most insecure company.Present higher management is most insecure hence they are taking hasty decisions which are affecting the whole company. The employee morale is all time low . Every employee is insecure and is on job hunt.People who are NOT able to find job anywhere else are sticking back. Even top performers and people who were working in this company for more than a decade are fired with less than an HOUR prior notice,Which made the whole company insecure.

Pros

-Fantastic rapport & chemistry between entire office; everyone very open and friendly -A lot of autonomy given. People treat this autonomy w/ respect and don't abuse it -Management is very hands-off being that they point you in a direction and let you take the wheel -Leading company in industry, but still a lot of opportunity for creative & helping the company succeed

Cons

-None as of right now

Pros

I've had a chance to make some real contributions to the company in my short time here, and been rewarded for this as well. Great team of people here. Been here less than a year but really appreciate the culture and people. Smaller company with vision for the future. I am surprised to see some of the negative reviews; they don't reflect what's really going on here. Info on who the Managing Director is is actually old - the new MD has great ideas and very involved with the people. Very motivating for me. My rating of CEO applies to the current MD.

Cons

We are owned by a larger company and as such, don't have full decision over benefits. Benefits could be better as well as comp. That's not a function of CVM as much as decisions made by Kroll, which has a bigger portfolio than just CVM.
