Terrible management Management doesn't understand technical concepts and creates unrealistic work quotas for employees Management allows "clients" to berate and mistreat CVP employees so CVP can win/renew contracts. Also allows "clients" to create unrealistic work quotas and rather than hiring the appropriate amount of staff to take on such workloads, CVP forces the remaining employees to take on the workload.
