      Can get whatever time off you want and don’t have to work very hard cause it’s very slow

      Cons

      Don’t care about safety and the work area is very gross Poor benefits and have to wait 6 months for them

      High focus on safety. People are nice.

      Cons

      Long travel to Nisku. Pay is low and no sick days. No RRSP matching, employees shares, or bonuses.

      Pros

      It has the healthiest work environment I've seen in all my years, especially as a machinist. Especially for Alberta.

      Cons

      They can be slightly stingy when buying some supplies and there are some politics but where don't they have those? It just wasn't the place for me.
