OTE in first year as junior sales executive circa $50-60k. rebuilding after management buy out, so great opportunity for new staff. excellent projects to work on which gives the ability to work with major national advertisers.

very structured and disciplined, some might say micro managed, however, to succeed you need to have structure and discipline. rebuilding after management buy out, so thin on the ground with existing staff.
