CW has an open office feel that promotes collaboration, teamwork, and communication. There is a culture of working hard and efficiency; they really want to do the right thing and they work to make things right. Management is very open about company vision, goals (large and small), and the true direction of the company. Smaller company feels like a family that really cares about it's employees. CW is great about working with people to find the right role / fit and is very open about growth opportunities. This company really listens to it's employees and seems to genuinely care. I feel as if I can be open and honest with them and they really are understanding and flexible. CW also promotes learning - they paid for me to get A+ Certified. The free snacks are great too!
