Awesome internship, great work environment, lots of investment in HR (good food, outings, etc), access to senior members at the firm. Strong training program.

No cons, I liked it.

I enjoy my role. I think your experience will largely depend on what team you are on and who your manager is. I like my team. I feel like I have room to grow. I think I got very lucky that I have a good relationship with my manager. Also, free breakfast, lunch, and metro cards!

There are not a lot of young people or people of color.
