We're terribly sorry to see that you feel this way about our company. The nature of our work is in an emergency response capacity, and we will be the first to tell everyone coming in for an interview that we work very, very long hours during catastrophic events. It is, after all, an industry that responds to storms, floods, and fires. We cant predict when they will happen, or how severe they will be. It is our job to be skilled at responding to those universal truths. We do compensate employees for their time (you even list in your “Pros” as “Competitive Pay”) and have structured, open-book finances that allow our employees to see how manage our money.
Hourly workers get overtime pay, admin staff get quarterly performance-based bonuses, and commission-based employees enjoy generous compensation for their hard work. We do indeed have mandatory (and paid) state-of-the-art training for every single field employee, which we take very seriously. At the time of your review, our most-recent OSHA training took place the week of May 18th. We wish you the best of luck on your career path.
