      Pros

      This company has pushed me outside of my comfort zone and shown me that I am capabie to do more than I ever thought possible. The owner is very understanding, I could not ask for a better management to work for.

      Cons

      As with my experience in previous work environments, communication can sometimes be lacking.

      For the most part it is a friendly group of people within the office. And it is a job I enjoy

      Close knit family, very loving group of people

      Cons

      Religion is forced upon everyone. Wouldn't apply if you are anything but their specific religion.
