Pros

Work events were exciting, community directors wanted to see me build my career and encouraged me to pursue my educational aspirations. They offered tuition reimbursement in a related field by my field was not related, still nice to have that option and have people who support your growth.

Cons

Someone without any prior experience or a degree was hired after I was there for over a year, with previous experience and a business degree when I joined. He was hired almost a dollar above me, and my yearly evaluation with glowing reviews still did not earn me a pay increase to match his in the same position. Top leadership in corporate did not listen to the issues of the many people manning the leasing offices.
