      Pros

      Free food, excellent equipment, you choose your own vacation time... They have an excellent training program.

      Cons

      Management is great, but they're often traveling...not always easy to reach. Work is very exciting, but you do put in long hours....sometimes 13hr days... To management's credit, they realize you may need time off...there's an unlimited vacation policy, but sometimes you get calls.
