Working from home is seen as a perk used to pay you industry lows.
Team members typically hate each other from what I witnessed.
When it comes to folks communicating with people on other teams, well there is no inner department communication.
Most of the other devs I worked with had issues where you can't communicate with them.
Anytime you could actually engage with one, most of them seemed heavily bothered by you wanting to have a voice conversation instead of a chat.
Management is all over the place.
The CEO is probably one of the biggest condescending jerks you'll ever engage with.
If there was daily banter ever it was typically complaints about the CEO, other departments, other managers, lack of resources, low pay, etc.
They also violated my legal rights multiple times, and stiffed me on two paychecks, which is an entirely different story.
You don't want to work for this company.
