      Decisions change every single day, and many of my stubborn colleagues, especially in the purchasing department, can be quite challenging to work with.

      My colleagues in the same department have no sense of responsibility at work. They input wrong information but say that others have changed it or put the blame on the system error. They just refuse to admit their mistakes.
