The pay wasn’t that good for the amount of work

There is nothing good to say about this company. I met a couple of chill people that I still vide with

They don't tell you that you'll have to purchase $300-$500 worth of tools that are specific to this line of work. So guess what if you go into another field you'll have to pawn your cable wire cutters and other tools because when else are you going to have to cut cable cords??! On top of that you will not get back what you paid, so there's another financial loss! The training does not prepare you for the field and is a joke. 90% or more of the techs complain about the job and don't want to be there themselves. Management says that they will help but they WILL leave you out to dry. You get paid on a point system?! Not hourly, so you can work a 12 hour day in 100 degree weather r in the ran and only make only $90 after taxes that day!!! I know sometimes people are desperate for jobs but you are wasting your time with this comany. You can get paid more working at the mall and drive for LYFT AND UBER a few days without the stress until you find something more to your liking. Management will say one thing to the techs and then go amongst themselves and say something else to cause a very hostile and disgruntled work environment. If you apply you have been warned so if you move forward with this place and get burned you will have no one to blame but yourself after reading this.
