      Company discount was good on all products. Work atmosphere was good.

      Cons

      Micromanagement from other departments. Certain management staff being overlooked for opinions of lower level staff. Nightshift being the blame from other departments for issues that occur during the day shifts.

      Excellent work environment, wonderful co-workers, ability to grow with the company and shift departments if desired, and okay pay.
