Fun atmosphere, surrounded by your hobbies, easy to make friends over common interests, fun talking with customers who also hunt or fish, customers enjoy shopping there so they generally treat you well.
Cons
If you have a poor manager, working there can be a living hell. The company is great but what you’ll deal with on a daily basis changes with each manager you work for. They typically last 2 years before they’re either fired or burn out and leave.
